PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • Make a list of any symptoms you're experiencing, even if you don't think they're related.

  • Make a list of any medications, herbs, or vitamin supplements you take and how often you take them.

  • Take a notepad or electronic device with you. Use it to make notes of important information during your visit.

  • Prepare a list of questions to ask your doctor beforehand. List your most pressing issues first, to be sure you address those points.


HOW TO MANAGE YOUR ENDO

Below we’ve listed some tips on how to manage your endo pain.

  • Keep a journal or electronic notepad to track eating habits and health conditions.

  • Monitor how your body feels daily. Sometimes it's useful to time your flare-ups if possible.

  • Manage what you eat daily.

  • Look into acupuncture.

  • Look into yoga, stretching, or try walking often. It's essential to keep your body moving if you can.

  • Look into using CBD Gummies or CBD Lotion for pain.

  • Look into meditation.

  • Manage your stress.

  • Looking into a healthy holistic approach to better health.

  • Change your eating diet to include anti-inflammatory foods.
