Earlier this summer, ENDO Black staff and ambassadors took to their laptops for a night of virtual beauty at Mocktails & Cocktails with ENDO Black.
The event, hosted by Lauren Kornegay, centered around beauty, skincare, and haircare. ENDO Sisters Sharica McGee of Red Rose Naturals, Marshea Oliver, and SiNeka Demery of Akenis shared tips galore, from immune-boosting foods to bomb hair tips to pain prevention. Thanks again, ladies!
Catch some highlights below:
Your skin is a reflection of your immune system, so stock up on vitamin C and get out in the sun! Foods rich in Vitamin C include: kiwis, nuts, oranges/orange fruit, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, red and yellow peppers
Increase your skin cells with avocadoes—it's a healthy fat!
Raspberry leaf is great for pains and cramps, especially endo
Track your eating habits for endo and hair growth in a journal
If the first ingredient isn't water, don't use it. We don't need fragrances and alcohol in our bodies!
