ENDO BLACK INCORPORATED TO HOST THE FIRST AFRICAN AMERICAN LED ENDOMETRIOSIS CONFERENCE
Eliminating the eracism of African American women living with Endometriosis. Providing opportunities for dialogue on women’s reproductive health, health equity, motherhood, endo sisters in business, and overall the self-advocacy of African American women and women of color taking Endometriosis head-on.
Washington, DC — (February 19, 2021) – Endo Black Incorporated will be hosting their first virtual annual conference from March 19 to 21, 2021.
Our Table. Standing On The Frontline: Endo Black’s Advocate and Allies Conference is the first African American led endometriosis conference. In 2021, we are the table, we set the rules, we build, and we are our authentic selves.
Endo Black, Inc. has hand-picked each individual participating in the conference because of their work and representation in the endo community. There will be an interview and listening party with musical artist Art Auré, a sensational pop-funk-soul singer who continues to create inspirational music. Other guests include Erica Willaims, Michela Wariebi, April Christina Alexander, Samantha Denäe Sanders, Catherine Lee, Lauren Lee, Samantha Garvey, Dr. Rahmatu Kassimu, Les Henderson, Kyla Canzater, La-Anna Douglas, Karinee Lopez, and many more.
Endo Black Inc. is a nonprofit focusing on advocating for African American women and women of color affected by endometriosis. Endo Black’s goals are: to create a safe atmosphere for those affected by endometriosis; to foster endo-sisterly love across the globe; and to facilitate opportunities for constant dialogue on the topic of women’s reproductive health for African American women and women of color, as well as policies, laws, and regulations that affect women and their reproductive health.
