The 33 for the 33RD Campaign
“Of all the forms of inequality, injustice in health is the most shocking and the most inhumane.” At 35 years old, Martin Luther King, Jr. spoke those exact words in Montgomery, Alabama, at the end of the Selma March in 1965.
On Sunday, August 1, 2021, Endo Black, Inc. is launching THE 33 for the 33rd Campaign. For our campaign, we have a goal of attaining 33 new recurring donors in honor of my 33rd birthday in August.
If you’re looking for an opportunity to increase your commitment to Endo Black, Inc, this is it. Become a monthly donor now.
Contemporary OB/GYN Journal reported that African American women are 50% less likely to be diagnosed with endometriosis. According to the Black Women’s Health Imperative, being misdiagnosed is due to providers thinking pain is caused by something else, such as pelvic inflammatory disease. Endo Black, Inc. objective are to create a safe atmosphere, opportunities for education on women’s reproductive health in the community, and a dialogue around what policies, laws, and regulations need to be changed to meet the needs of women affected by endometriosis.
With your sustained support, we can focus on the infrastructure of Endo Black Inc. that allows us to continue to engage, educate, and encourage endo sisters everywhere and grow our community.
